Residents can choose from a line of senior care options including assisted living, short-term residency and Alzheimer’s care. Each senior will meet with one of our licensed nurses to help develop a Personal Care Plan. The staff at The Village of South Farms is fully licensed and available 24 hours a day, to help ensure each resident's quality of life is always maintained at its highest level.
