Situated on a wooded 50-acre campus, The Pines at Davidson is a senior living community that provides a full continuum of health and senior care, including independent living services and skilled nursing care. At The Pines at Davidson, residents will find a vibrant and active life awaiting them. If a resident experiences any change in health, additional senior care is available on-site, eliminating any need for a move to another residence or senior housing in North Carolina.

The Pines at Davidson offers seniors lifetime use of a residence and senior care within this CCRC and independent living community in accordance with the terms of a Residence and Care Agreement.
