The Parkview

The Parkview is conveniently located in the heart of midtown Memphis with scenic views of Overton Park. Our 10-story high-rise community overlooks the Overton Park Golf Course and is situated near the entrance of the Memphis Zoo and the Brooks Museum. Our award-winning Signature Programs offer a wide variety of top-notch programs and services for independent residents. Our beautiful and historic building is unlike anything else in Memphis!

Our apartment-style community offers all the conveniences of home without any of the work. The Parkview features a beauty shop, a grand ball room and a gorgeous lobby that showcases original walnut paneling and hand-carved ceilings. Each spacious apartment home in our building is unique, with some of them offering breathtaking views of Overton Park or downtown Memphis. And small pets are always welcome!

At The Parkview, residents have input about our programs, our menus and almost every aspect of resident life. The director of our award-winning resident programs strives to discover the different pastimes and hobbies our residents enjoy. Popular classes include “History 101,” “Zumba,” “Wii Bowling,” crocheting, bingo and tai chi. We truly take the time to get to know our residents individually. This allows us the opportunity to customize our programs and care to fit each resident’s individual needs.

Our dining programs offer our residents a daily choice of three entrees for lunch and dinner, along with a hot breakfast. You’ll enjoy restaurant-style dining in the historic Wedgwood Dining Room.
Our dedicated Parkview team has many years of experience. Some of our staff members have been here for more than 30 years! To us, residents are like an extended part of our family and we work very hard to deliver the exemplary services and care that they deserve every day.
