Located in Dallas, Texas, the assisted living community is undergoing an extensive renovation and will soon accommodate 54 residents, 24 skilled nursing beds, and 30 assisted living.

As the renovation continues, Turtle Creek Skilled Nursing remains open and serves the needs of the memory impaired for Physical Rehabilitation. Staff is specialty-trained in dementia care and assists memory-impaired seniors following an injury or illness.

The Turtle Creek renovation will result in a warm, homelike community with the highest quality of care. Residents will enjoy outdoor activities among courtyards, gardens, walking paths, and a gazebo.

Seniors of Turtle Creek enjoy intergenerational programs, residential pets, and regular outings. Daily life-enriching activities stimulate social and cognitive retention.
