Countryside Manor West, a CRL Senior Living Community, is nestled in a quiet residential area of Sheboygan, Wis. The second building on the Countryside Manor campus, Countryside Manor West provides an assisted living environment to individuals with early to late stage Alzheimer’s and dementia.

With its unique building design, complete with high ceilings, lots of windows that let in natural light, and activity stations, residents enjoy a sense of freedom, being able to safely wander around the building. Countryside Manor West also offers its residents a therapeutic environment that encompasses nutrition, and physical and mental activities.
