What is a Blog Carnival, You Ask?

Those of us who blog know how much fun it is. We’re sounding off on issues of importance. We’re sharing our stories. We’re doing our part to help others, be it with advice, resources, or suggestions, and through humor, humility, or happiness. The concept of a blog carnival is to join together with other bloggers who share our passion in an effort to present a “best of” compilation of blog posts that service a particular audience.

Each blog carnival edition of “Boomers and Seniors: News You Can Use” endeavors to compile a useful variety of engaging posts that appeal to our collective readerships. We can grow our circle of “carnival performers” and take turns hosting each new installment (currently set for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month). We each can share our expertise, gain valuable insight from others, and offer so much more to our readers, while reaping the benefits of a combined network and joint marketing efforts.

View our past Carnivals here.

Submit your blog post now to the next carnival installment, which is scheduled for July 20th at SandwichINK.com.

Don’t forget to help recruit additional boomer/senior bloggers who can make the installments even better. We alternate hosting duties, that way each of our participants gets to bring the blog carnival bounty to their own readers on site, and reap the benefits of our joint traffic-driving efforts.

Thank you again for your interest. (Please note that blog submissions unrelated to Boomers/Seniors will not be included.)
