Though spring is on the way, there’s still a lot of good skiing left, and 90 year old Freddie Anderson isn’t going to miss any of it. Anderson isn’t just a skier, she’s an instructor at her school in Rotterdam, New York.
I’ve never been skiing, but I can barely get downstairs with a laundry basket some days, and she’s going down snow covered hills at 90. She is indeed a testament to the benefits of exercise, and physical activity as well as the benefits of loving what you do.
I think I may have found some inspiration to get up and go do something!

Wow! Honestly, wow! She should sell posters to hang up in front of my treadmill because after seeing her, nobody has an excuse for not exercising. Thanks for posting.

Well-said – and it certainly would be a great motivator to see her in front of the treadmill!

90 years old? Wow…I snowboard at age 36 and its mind blowing to think I could be doing it 54 years later. That would put my daughter who is 5 at the age of 59…whoa…that is hard to comprehend. I couldn’t imagine her and I hitting the slopes then…but as this woman attest anything is possible.
Thanks for the post it made me look way…way into the future.
