I am so glad the article was helpful. I had looked at this tool a couple months back but never got through the whole process. I was overwhelmed! Another part of the challenge was getting all the information I needed from my mother who lives 600 miles away. This time she and I stuck with it! I imagine many elderly parents are like mine. Mom just renewed whatever Medicare drug plan she had each year without any review. I think she now likes it that she has a choice and can take positive action. Susan,
